Family Reunion
A gathering of the Body of Christ in Kansas City to celebrate Christ in the people & cultures represented in the “Melting Pot” of the United States. There will be cultural worship expressions from all the continents and the islands.
Kaleidoscope means “beautiful form” continually changing, and this is how God sees His people. In Nehemiah teaching resulted in repentance and celebration. We are open to any area of repentance as God leads. As God’s people, we will humble ourselves, pray and seek His face. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
Rebuild the Wall
The Body of Christ needs to be “rebuilt” in the image God desires. He wants us to get back to the simplicity of the Greatest Commandment, Loving the Lord God and loving others.(Matthew 22) As in Nehemiah 8, Ezra taught the people explicitly the Ten Commandments until they understood. “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:” Hosea 4:6 This event will be a time of renewal and teaching, repentance and celebration. We will also focus on the growing need for Christians to bless Israel. (Genesis 12)
A Declaration of Unity
Sound the trumpet and assemble the Body together, making a declaration of our UNITY in Christ and for the Kingdom. The enemy is challenging us to be fearful in these last days. In Phil 1:27-28, Paul states that our unity will be a sign to those that oppose us that they will be destroyed. In John 17, Jesus prays that we will be one, as He and the Father are one, so that the world will know the Father sent Him.
